Committee members met at the Roseville Tavern patio. Two main topics were covered: a proposed golf outing for October, and, a dance scheduled for February 21, 2004. Harry will coordinate the golf outing, planned for Overlook golf course. The dance will be held at the VFW in Lancaster City. Parking will be granted by the adjacent UGI building. A fee will be paid to a security guard to monitor the parking lot. Committee members will be asked to sell tickets to the event. The facility can hold approximately 200 guests. A ticket amount will be determined at a later date.

Also discussed were possible fundraising activities. Janet Peck presented information about a "dining out" booklet, similar to the "coupon book," but specifically relating to dinning in Lancaster County.
